• Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico

From 2016 to 2018, Barlow Advertising provided complete marketing and communications support for  BGCCNM at a reduced rate. Daily announcements of club offerings, fund raising programs, event marketing support and community relations were handled by Barlow. Since 1952, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico (BGCCNM) has provided at-risk children, between the ages of 5 and 18, with a safe place to learn and grow. Currently the Club serves over 4,000 children in its Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Clubs, providing them with state-of-the-art programing administered by highly trained staff. Club members learn leadership skills, explore career opportunities, and become healthy individuals who are ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.

• Komen Colorado

From 1997 to 2016, Barlow Advertising was proud to be a major sponsor of Komen Colorado. Komen’s mission is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures. Komen Colorado serves 72% of Colorado’s population in a 22-county service area. Seventy-five percent of the Affiliate’s net proceeds stay in Colorado for breast cancer screening, diagnostics, treatment and education. Komen Colorado has invested more than $39 million in local nonprofits that provide breast health and breast cancer services to the medically underserved since 1992. The remaining 25% supports the national Komen Grants Program, which funds groundbreaking breast cancer research, meritorious awards and educational and scientific programs around the world. Since the Affiliate’s inception, almost $14 million has been raised for breast cancer research. Barlow Advertising provided marketing strategy and design to promote the annual Race for the Cure and the Pink Tie Affair.

• Social Venture Partners

In 2013, Barlow advertising helped Social Venture Partners by providing marketing materials to grow their fundraising events. SVP is a system of  businesses and individuals working together as philanthropists to improve our community. With the skills we have developed throughout our careers, the drive to continue learning, and the desire to give back in a powerful way, SVP develops teams of volunteers to enhance the viability of local non-profits. By pooling resources and investing them in high-leverage projects with organizations that are changing lives, they can tackle some of the biggest challenges facing our community.
